WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
Hamperology gift boxes are available to UK address, including, England, Scotland including Highlands & Islands, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly.
IS DELIVERY INCLUDED?
At Hamperology, we want to make gift giving easy, which is why every Hamperology gift hamper purchase comes with delivery included. We use the reputable courier Parcel Force to deliver all our Hamperology gift boxes.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
As all of our orders are carefully prepared and hand wrapped, orders usually take 2-3 working days to process and 3-4 working days to ship (usually delivered within 5-7 working days). We will always contact you once your parcel has been despatched so you know when it’s on its way. We will include a parcel number so you can track where your gift box is each step of the way.
WHAT IF I NEED IT THERE ON A SPECIFIC DAY?
We currently do not offer specific delivery days.
WHAT IF I’M OUT WHEN MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED?
If the Parcel Force driver has called to deliver your parcel, but was unable to reach anyone at the address to sign for it, they will leave a calling card with details of how to collect your parcel.
The card will explain if a further delivery will automatically take place or whether you need to contact Parcel Force to make arrangements for receiving your parcel. The most convenient way of doing this is to visit the receiving a parcel page on the Parcel Force website.
If there is a specific reason why the Parcel Force driver has not been able to deliver your parcel, this will be displayed in the website tracking results.
If you do not collect the products as arranged or if you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we may end the contract.
MY PARCEL SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT MY RECIPIENT NEVER RECEIVED IT
If a box is delivered according to Parcel Force tracking but the recipient didn’t get it, please contact the Parcel Force team. Beyond that, unfortunately this is a rare occurrence that is out of our control, and could be attributable to any number of factors.
DO YOU OFFER A COLLECTION SERVICE?
We currently do not offer a collection service for picking up your Hamperology gift box.
